Immediate opening: we are hiring a prep cook in Rano, Kano State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Full-time, day shift.
