We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Atchison County, Kansas. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
