Now hiring: chef de partie (Utah)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sanpete County, Utah. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
