We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigger in Suru, Kebbi State. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. The role involves: • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio You should have: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦135,000 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
