Offshore rigger — Baure

Immediate opening: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Baure, Katsina State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Day to day you will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; read lift plans and method statements before starting; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use.
