Urgent requirement: baker (Utah)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Sanpete County, Utah. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking.
