Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Saran, State of Bihar. The job is at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Ideally you have ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts; ability to work fast under pressure during peak service; basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness.
