Meat trimmer wanted in Pankshin

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Pankshin, Plateau State. The role involves stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher ₦250,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours.
