Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Nye County, Nevada. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Rotating shifts.
