Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Misau, Bauchi State. The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around ₦170,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
