We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
