Tandoor cook wanted in Larimer County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Larimer County, Colorado. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
