Immediate opening: we are hiring a tiler in Webb County, Texas. You will be based at a bathroom renovation job. Day to day you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
