Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Washington County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience.
