The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
