Great opportunity: we are hiring a vacuum press operator in Keffi, Nasarawa State. The job is in a garment export house. On the job you will handle: • Give each garment a final press before packing • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure Requirements: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory 3+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
