Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On a typical shift you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦115,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
