Plant operator (dozer) — Birbhum

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Birbhum, West Bengal. The job is on a dam or embankment job. The role involves: • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms Requirements: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
