Chef de partie wanted in Askira-Uba

Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Askira-Uba, Borno State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays 6+ years on the tools preferred.
