Now hiring: we are hiring a waitress in Pacific County, Washington. On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
