Now hiring: we are hiring a tyre service technician in Dimmit County, Texas. The role involves balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres; fit new tyres onto rims and seat the bead correctly; torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench; carry out wheel alignment and adjust camber and toe; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets Pay around $25 per hour, based on your experience.
