Cake decorator wanted in Trigg County

Join our team: we are hiring a cake decorator in Trigg County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 4+ years on the tools preferred.
