Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Orlu, Imo State. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat 4+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
