Urgent requirement: prep cook (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Orange County, California. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
