Immediate opening: we are hiring a waiter in Rogers County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a coffee shop. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar. You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time, day shift.
