Short order cook wanted in Randolph County

Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Randolph County, Illinois. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
