Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in LaGrange County, Indiana. The job is in a café. On the job you will handle: • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
