Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Jefferson County, Missouri. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing On a typical shift you will dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
