Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in Kalgo, Kebbi State. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha.
