Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 6+ years on the tools preferred.
