Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case 6+ years on the tools preferred.
