Short order cook wanted in Atisbo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Atisbo, Oyo State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. Your main tasks: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. ₦11,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
