Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Katsina State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Kafur, Katsina State. On the job you will handle: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Check back during the meal and handle special requests What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
