Cake decorator — Rich County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Rich County, Utah. The role involves: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Six days a week, one day off.
