Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ideato South, Imo State. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
