Retail butcher wanted in Union County

Now hiring: we are hiring a retail butcher in Union County, Ohio. You will work in a supermarket meat department. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
