Toolroom milling operator — Jakusko

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Jakusko, Yobe State. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. Day to day you will set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Rotating shifts. ₦95,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
