Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Rush County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Part-time with flexible hours.
