What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift 4+ years on the tools preferred.
