Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 1+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
