We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Shomolu, Lagos State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided.
