Framing carpenter • Ajingi, Kano State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a framing carpenter in Ajingi, Kano State. You will work in a bespoke joinery workshop. Requirements: • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Your main tasks: • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions Part-time with flexible hours.
