Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Chase County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts The role involves: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
