Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Bibb County, Georgia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; prepare the mise en place before each service. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
