Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Upton County, Texas. You will work at a halal meat counter. You will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; season and marinate meat on request; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 4+ years on the tools preferred.
