Prep cook — Muskogee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Muskogee County, Oklahoma. The job is at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Full-time with occasional weekends.
