We are recruiting: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair Ideally you have physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling; good eye for panel gaps and body lines; skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement.
