Back-of-house cleaner — Egbeda

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Egbeda, Oyo State. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
