Shuttering fixer • Middlesex County, Massachusetts

We are recruiting: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Middlesex County, Massachusetts. On the job you will handle: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
