Great opportunity: tile mason (Florida)

Now hiring: we are hiring a tile mason in Hernando County, Florida. The job is at a busy tiling site. On a typical shift you will fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for kneeling, bending and lifting tile boxes • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
